Dress for Success Vancouver accepts clothing donations on Tuesdays by appointment only. Please book your clothing donation drop-off appointment here.
*We are urgently in need of handbags, coats and clothing sized 12 and up. If you have a donation of these specific items please email our Dressing Services Manager at email@example.com to arrange an urgent drop-off appointment.

If you are working with a social agency or an employment agency, they may be able to book you an appointment. Please check with your case manager before calling our office. If you have a job interview or employment start date coming up, please email your proof of interview or employment to our Dressing Services Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org.

In-person dressing services appointments are available Wednesday – Saturday from 10 AM – 1:00 PM, by appointment only. Clients must come alone to the appointment.
Virtual dressing service appointments are available Tuesdays from 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM and Thursdays/ Saturdays from 1:30 PM – 4:20 PM, by appointment only.

We do not deliver items to clients. Clients must come or arrange for someone to pick up their package at our downtown office during our office hours.
Clothing donations are not eligible for tax receipts.
Financial donations are eligible for tax receipts.
For any donation made online, you will receive a confirmation email after the donation has been made. Please note that all tax receipts are sent to the email on file when the donation is made. Therefore, if you do not include your email on the donation, you will not receive your tax receipt in the times specified below.
If you make a one time donation, you will receive your tax receipt through email one to two weeks after your donation was made.
If you are a Success Donor, you will receive a tax receipt through email with the full amount donated from January 1 – December 31 before the end of January the following year.
If you make a donation at our Success Luncheon in November, you will receive a tax receipt before the end of the year. Event tickets are tax receiptable for a partial amount and one time donations are eligible for the full amount. Event purchases that are not eligible for a tax receipt are raffle tickets and silent auction winnings.
