We are hiring a Program Coordinator! This permanent, salaried position offers a hybrid work structure in Vancouver, BC, with a flexible 28 to 40-hour work week.

The Program Coordinator will facilitate client-facing programming, coordinate workshops, and manage communication strategies. They’ll work closely with participants, volunteers, and speakers to ensure program success.
Ideal for advocates of equity and women’s empowerment, this role offers opportunities for skill-building, collaboration, and community engagement.

In brief, the candidates should hold a degree or diploma in nonprofit management or related fields, with 3+ years of program coordination experience. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and proficiency in technology platforms are essential.
