Rhonda Dyce is a Principal at Sunshine Pier Capital, a private equity firm based in Vancouver. Prior to joining Sunshine Pier, she spent over ten years in a number of roles at Corix Infrastructure Inc., most recently as Chief Strategy and Risk Officer. During her time there, she was responsible for executing the debt and equity activities, including financings totaling over $1.5 billion, leading the strategic planning and review process and managing the enterprise risk management program. Prior to joining Corix, she spent time in the capital markets as an equity research analyst at RBC Capital Markets and Raymond James. Rhonda also taught Corporate Finance at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Rhonda has a Master of Science degree in Finance from Queen’s University and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
