What is Dressing Services
For many of the women we work with, it’s the moment something shifts: their dream starts to feel possible. We give you the confidence and the clothing to show up ready, wherever you’re headed.
Each appointment is supported by a volunteer stylist who will help you put together a look that works for your interview, new job, or special circumstance. All yours to keep – no charge, no judgment, just genuine support.
Getting dressed for what comes next isn’t just about clothes. That’s why every appointment is one-on-one with someone who empowers you to dress for where you’re headed with excitement and confidence.

Interview Styling
For clients preparing for a job interview. You’ll receive one complete interview outfit, styled for you, personal care items and outerwear. You leave ready for what comes next.
Employment Styling
For clients who are starting a new job: you’ll receive two outfits, personal care items, and outerwear to support your first days in your new role. Proof of employment is required at the time of booking.
Newcomer Styling
Your professional journey and your life here both matter. For those who’ve arrived to Canada within the last 2 years, your appointment is focussed on foundational wardrobe and styling elements to welcome you to your new life. You’ll receive two outfits tailored to your needs to help you get oriented here, without worrying about the basics.
Gender Affirming Styling
Feeling like yourself matters in every part of life. We are committed to providing a safe and affirming space where you can explore the expression of your gender with new confidence. Your appointment includes two outfits. You are welcome during regular Dressing Services appointments. If you would feel more comfortable with a private appointment, please let us know when you request your appointment.
Special Styling
Our Special Styling appointments are intended for clients who are looking for clothing for any other upcoming career opportunity, such as an internship, practicum placement, or networking event. We also offer appointments for any other life circumstance that requires styling support so they can feel prepared for what’s next.

We want you to feel completely at ease before you arrive. Here's what happens.
What to bring: a bag for your clothing. We are not able to accommodate guests or children.
Who Qualifies
If you’re in Metro Vancouver and need styling support for your next steps, you’re eligible. This includes if you have a job interview coming up, have just accepted a new role, are job hunting, experiencing a life transition, require special styling, or are a newcomer to Canada and just getting on your feet. Fill out our appointment request form to get started. If you’re working with an employment agency, ask them to refer you directly.
Dress For Success Vancouver serves women and gender-diverse individuals. The space centres the experience of women.
