We are hiring a Manager of Fund Development! This permanent, salaried position offers a hybrid work structure in Vancouver, BC, with a 40-hour work week.
The Manager, Fund Development will lead the development and implementation of proactive and relationship-based fundraising strategies, including annual giving, individual giving, corporate partnerships, and overall donor stewardship.
Ideal for advocates of equity and women’s empowerment, this role offers opportunities for skill-building, collaboration, and community engagement.
In brief, the candidates should hold a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with 3-5+ years in fund development, donor relations, or a related role within the charitable sector. Experience with relationship-based donor management and proficiency with fund development technology/platforms, including donor CRMs or database systems (e.g., Salesforce Non-Profit Success Package or similar) are essential.
